Lover, not a Fighter

It would be great if his disability is relative to my own. I'm a quiet personality type with a good sense of humor. Important to me are my faith, family and country. I have been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. Basically, at really stressful times in life I hear voices. At first they were scary and paranoid. But then changed to friendly and humorous. They just tend to interfere with my own thoughts and that is why I'm unable to work. It's been happening on the average of once every 18-24 months. I then go into the hospital to have my medication adjusted and back to life as normal. I enjoy live music, festivals, yard sales, activities with children, writing poetry and numerous other activities. I am a larger woman who stays active. I have plans to volunteer time to several worthy causes. Also, I have a 9 year old daughter at home who keeps me entertained. I'm pretty laid back. I'd rather love than fight. I keep my home livable but I am not an immaculate housekeeper, so don't be surprised if you stop by and it needs vacuumed or the dishes aren't done. I believe that life is not simply weathering the storm, but dancing in the rain. Just looking for a partner who feels the same way.
