Active,smart,lovable,relaxed.. looking for partner

I have SCA, spinocerebellar ataxia. It causes problems with balance, fine motor coordination, sometimes speech a bit slurred but usually okay,and weakens/causes spasticity in muscles. I walk with cane if I leave the house or crutches if a bad day, may use an ultralight w/c for long trips. I am a retired psychologist but very laid back and have a wonderful sense of humor. I need someone who is also laid back, open to experiences, intelligent, honest and I would prefer very spiritual as I am myself. I am still into making art usually photography, as my undergrad degree was in fine art. I am very liberal in my thinking and politics and would not do well with someone who would be considered conservative. I like adventure, travel, my dog and all animals, and have 2 grown step children I have limited contact with now. I love children and dote on my nieces and nephews, but as my disorder is inherited I decided long ago never to have biological children. I want so much to "live again" after almost 8 years alone now. I have so much to offer as a person, friend, significant other. I am also very open to moving. I have lived in 7 states and 1 province and too many cities to count. I like change and I am not chained in any way to where I currently reside. I've lived in Sault Ste. Marie to the north and Florida to the south and Texas to the southwest. I currently live in the midwest, Ohio, but have an urge to change everything for a great relationship. As a psychologist I was immersed in relationships constantly with clients and other professionals. Now retired and on SSDI and private disability income, I am denied so much socialization and opportunities to verbalize feelings & experiences with others. I desire a gentleman with similarly described qualities to help bring amazing energy, adventure, friendship, and perhaps some romance back into my life. I want to share myself and all that I am with someone who is like minded in the ways that matter. And I want to LAUGH again!
