IM SEAN IM 20 YEARS OLD , I ATTEND ST.PETE COLLEGE , I AM STUDYING ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND ENGINEERING . I WAS AN AVERAGE @ssh*le 19 YEAR OLD , PARTYING AND GETTING INTO TROUBLE , UNTIL ON AUG.24,2007 I WOKE UP PARALYZED FROM THE WAIST DOWN , AT FIRST I WAS TERRIFIED , NOT KNOWING WAHT WAS GOING ON , I WENT TO THE E.R. , THEY TOLD ME AFTER A HOUR THAT I WILL NEVER WALK AGAIN , MY PARENTS BROKEDOWN , I TAKE THINGS DIFFERENTLY , MY WAY OF COPING WITH sh*t IS TO LOOK FOR A POSITIVE , SO I SAID TO MY MOM , "LOOKS LIKE IMA GET A VAN NOW" . SHE CRIED . ANYWASY I WOKE UP FROM A MORPHINE INDUCED SLEEP 4 DAYS LATER , AND THEN BEGAN MY JOURNEY INTO RECOVERY , I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH TRANSVERSE MYELITIS , AN INFECTION OF THE SPINAL CORD CAUSING PARALYSIS , MOSTLY NON PERMANENT , AFTER 3 MONTHS OF IN-PATIENT REHAB , I HAD STARTED RECOVERING MOVEMENT , NOW 8 MONTHS OR SO IM SLOWLY REGAINING MY MOVEMENT IN MY LEGS , I AM A LONG WAY FROM WALKING , BUT MY NEUROLOGIST SAYS I WILL RECOVER AND WALK AGAIN , SO PRAY FOR ME AND THANX FOR READING MY NOVEL LOL
