some years ago, I was in a severe wreck caused by a drunk driver. I don't "look" disabled...but I had multiple injuries, including, back, neck, shoulders, knees, traumatic brain injury, etc... it left me tired, and with some ongoing pain etc..
I deal with it... exercise 2x a week, sleep more than i used to, and slowed down but DEFINITELY NOT STOPPED.
