I have come down with another cold. I always seem to be sicker in the winter, does anybody else find that? I miss the sun and being able to sit outside, going for walks to the store. I find my muscle spasms a lot more painful when it's cold. That's why I don't go out much this time of year. Anyway, can't wait for spring. No comments

Hi, I really love this site! It makes me feel wonderful to be connected with other disabled folks like myself. I've always found it hard to meet and socialize with others-I'm kind of shy-but I hope I will become more open as I continue to use this wonderful site. I used to spend my days mostly by myself painting, writing, or watching television, but now that I've found this site, I've got a lot more I can do. I'm really hoping this site will help me meet new people and go new places because... No comments

I am not sure if anyone reads these things but here goes. I'm trying to find some decent pants for job interviews. Jeans won't cut it. I have spinabifida, so my legs are a little shorter and thinner than normal. The smallest pants come in at a length of 29 or so, although 30 is much more common. That's way too long. And just paying to have them hemmed doesn't necessary solve the problem. The pants may end up being too baggy, making me look like I'm wearing shorts made for a giant. In baggy... 3 comments

'Bout time for another here-specific update, seeing as how my views have been changing rather rapidly over the past year, and my earliest postings are little more than full-disclosure historic reference at this point.
